In today’s market, digital change is happening at breakneck speed, forcing businesses to change just as rapidly. Adapting to the latest in digital transformation is key for businesses that wish to stay ahead of the curve. Increasingly they are expected to respond faster, and to do that the way they work needs to be more efficient and agile. Undoubtedly, the culture of collaboration and free flow of information is of paramount importance, but to truly do this effectively you also need to remove the many obstacles that slow people down.

This can be very difficult, especially in highly regulated industries such as finance. Everything needs to be tracked meticulously, and proper documentation and audits are essential for compliance. And with the GDPR looming ever closer, the time is upon us to ensure the right technologies and processes are in place to ensure the maximum efficiency of your business. While significant advancements in technology are providing the necessary tools that can help, few offer the potential to drive digital transformation to the same extent as modern - and increasingly popular - speech recognition technology.

So, why should you look into speech recognition technology? How can its performance and accuracy help your business to become more agile and enable you stay two steps ahead in digital transformation?

Key discussion points include:

  • The new administrative burden being placed on the shoulders of skilled professionals
  • Workplace transformation: How can we move faster without breaking so many things
  • Voice recognition technology in the age of digital
