It’s a fact that email is now the main attack vector used against enterprises. With ransomware, phishing, spear phishing, spoofing and general social engineering attempts all heavily on the rise, malicious email now represents a growing risk towards unsuspecting end users.

However, with the mass migration of organisations to running their email in the cloud – Microsoft confidently experts two thirds of existing Office customers to be signed up with Office 365 by 2019 – there are also growing concerns that running one’s email in the cloud comes with certain assumptions about email providers’ capabilities in this area.

While Microsoft Office 365 is undoubtedly an excellent set of applications and ecosystem that is uniting organisations through a convenient and highly accessible way of working flexibly, the system is not without its challenges. In areas of resilience - security, archiving & recovery and continuity - there’s substantial evidence to suggest that Office 365’s ‘baked-in’ offerings may not cover all the bases that enterprises need.

This web seminar will explore the different ways people use Office 365 in terms of basic features and subscriptions, and their general experiences with email resilience - covering security, archiving/recovery and business continuity in accordance with their typical everyday experiences. It may well challenge your beliefs about common and impending threats across the landscape, as well as their beliefs about the capabilities of your cloud email services to protect you from them.
