Andy is head of Data Connectivity and Mobile Products at O2 Business, previously working for leading UK and multi-national Telcos such as Virgin Media and Zayo. His team focus on Connectivity, Mobile and Wi-Fi and they’ve shaped the O2 Gateway multi-service platform into a class-leading proposition which is used across the UK to deliver critical communication services. Andy has proven success in team and product development. Having previously been a key member of MEF he helped drive early Ethernet adoption in the UK during his time at Virgin Media. Prior to that, he helped shape the IT infrastructure for Ofcom-backed industry developments to launch CPS in the UK.
Stuart Sumner is Editorial Director of Incisive Media's technology-focused titles: Computing and Delta. He oversees all content across print, web, tablet editions, rich media and events - including the IT Leaders' Dining Club and Computing Summits. During Stuart's tenure Computing has transformed from a print-reliant business to a bleeding edge multi-channel brand with an industry-leading events portfolio. Previously he spent 10 years as a programme manager in the IT industry, working for companies such as the BBC, COLT, Nortel Networks and Equant. As a journalist he has also worked for Time Out and IPC Media. He is a regular technology pundit and contributor to the BBC News Channel, as well as a published author.
Steve is head of Connectivity and Security Specialist Sales. He leads a team of subject matter experts who focus on supporting O2 Business customers with network connectivity, Wi-Fi and cyber and network security. Steve’s team work across both public and private sectors, leading extensive network transformation projects. Steve has over 15 years’ industry experience of working on large infrastructure projects and supporting customers to transform their organisations using technology.
Roy Chua is founder and principal at AvidThink, an independent research and advisory service formed in 2018 out of SDxCentral's research arm. Roy was previously co-founder at SDxCentral where he ran both the research and product teams. Roy was formerly a management consultant working with both Fortune 500 and startup technology companies on go-to-market and product consulting. As an early proponent of the software-defined infrastructure movement, Roy is a frequent speaker at events in the telco and cloud space and a regular contributor to leading technology publications. A graduate of UC Berkeley's electrical engineering and computer science program and MIT's Sloan School of Business, Chua has 20+ years of experience in telco and enterprise cloud computing, networking and security, including founding several Silicon Valley startups.
