Modern business is all about customer-centricity. It’s about personalised customer experiences supported by smart, automated processes. Rising expectations call for the modern business to be always on, omnipresent and predictive rather than reactive in responding to changes in customers’ needs and preferences.

All of this needs to be supported by carefully designed ‘enterprise data plumbing’. Data needs to flow to where it’s needed with the minimum of friction. It must arrive clean and ready to consume at the point of use, and it must be secured against leaks and contamination.

During this web seminar we’ll look at the elements that make up a data framework – to give the plumbing a more suitable name – and discuss how organisations can better leverage data to drive transformation and improve performance by incorporating data insights in their decision making processes.

  • Current and future disruptive technologies
  • The role of data in business strategies
  • Data strategy as a C-level concern
  • Demonstrating the value of data to ensure funding
  • Creating real business value with the right strategy
