About this webinar:
Few other IT systems are as widespread as the humble database, but companies have been locked into a single vendor for years.
The spread of open-source throughout IT is increasing innovation, agility and security at many different toolsets.
PostgreSQL is one of the most popular open-source database management systems available today, with decades of development behind it - but despite that legacy, few people really understand the power of Postgres and open-source more generally.
Join John Leonard (Research Director, Computing) and Simon Riggs (Postgres Fellow, EnterpriseDB) on the 23rd September, to discuss:
- What are the advantages of adopting an open-source database?
- How can Postgres help you achieve your business goals?
- What support can you expect from the community and EDB?
