Donnie has 30 years’ experience working in IT, specializing in cybersecurity, IT governance and compliance, and advanced automation techniques. Donnie has spent the last 7 years managing the HelpSystems security and automation teams that provide a first-class support service to global customers. He is also HelpSystems’ GDPR Data Protection Officer, working closely with legal and security teams on regulatory compliance.

Donnie has helped many organizations from different industries secure their sensitive data, remain compliant and improve cost efficiencies across some of the largest data centres in the US, Asia Pacific and Europe. He is a regular speaker at international events.
