About this webinar:
Combined with alert fatigue and false positives, this has created a security challenge.
Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platforms are solutions that collect data from a variety of sources and use a combination of human and machine learning to analyse this data for incident response.
The technology automates multiple operations at once, taking on the repetitive and time-consuming tasks, such as sifting through the huge volumes of data collected by several tools, allowing teams to focus on other areas and streamline incident response workflows. Furthermore, SOAR allows security teams’ access to contextual intelligence to back up security decisions.
The following webinar, supported by bespoke research, will explore how organisations are using SOAR to close security blind spots and address skills shortages. It will delve into IT professionals’ attitudes to the use of automation in security strategy. Finally it will take a look at the role of the cloud, the value of open API frameworks, and how SOAR fits into the “shift left” movement, with security incorporated into the development cycle earlier.
