Digital transformation is all about streamlining processes to improve the customer experience and deliver the right information in the right format to the right people, wherever in the world they might be and on whatever device they might be using.
Practically speaking, it is about changing the structure and culture of the organisation to make it better able to take advantage of new opportunities which turn up. Businesses need to be quick on their feet, able to innovate and act ahead of the competition.
Having a digital strategy is vital if the organisation is to thrive in an environment of accelerating change. What's clear is that very few businesses can afford to stand still when it comes to disruptive technology. Rather they need a clear framework to enable them to keep moving forward.
During this webinar our expert panel will explore the key considerations of formulating a digital strategy and the best approaches to take when implementing them.
Subjects for discussion will include:
• Attracting and retaining talent
• Addressing security, compliance and integration issues with cloud-based applications
• How IT and the business can meet in the middle
• Being an early adopter of disruptive tech and making it work for your business
