About this webinar:
From security and patch management to asset management to security response management, to application modernisation, IT teams are typically divided into a series of different specialisms, AKA 'silos', each with its own specific remit and part to play.
Silos come in for a lot of criticism – different teams or business units pursuing their own goals and ignoring the overall strategy make problems - but you wouldn’t want the software developers to patch the servers, or the security team to audit software licenses.
So how do organisations stay on top of each team’s activity, keep control of the budget, and ensure the available man hours are spend as productively as possible?
In this Computing web seminar, we’ll reveal exclusive research covering how enterprises are finding co-ordination and management more challenging, and our expert panel will discuss the role of asset management and service management in lifting productivity and improving service levels.
